Premium PIPS (EU) Ltd is a Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) regulated CFD provider serving everyone from experienced day traders to CFD newcomers. We're built around cutting-edge platforms, low-latency connectivity and superior market liquidity, with a management team bringing decades of combined experience across forex, CFD and equity markets in Asia, Europe and North America.
Why was Premium PIPS founded?
We set out to bring institutional-grade trading conditions (the kind previously reserved for investment banks and high-net-worth individuals) to everyday retail traders, introducing the Raw Spread account concept alongside competitive execution technology.

When was Premium PIPS founded?
Premium PIPS (EU) Ltd was established in 2018 in Limassol, Cyprus, by a founding team of financial-services professionals who had previously helped build one of Europe's largest CFD and forex providers.

Regulation and licensing
Premium PIPS (EU) Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), license No. 362/18. Registered office: Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia.
Client funds are held in segregated trust accounts with tier-1 European banking institutions in line with MiFID II requirements.
Audit and confidentiality
Our operational processes and regulatory compliance are independently verified by external auditors. Client information is kept strictly confidential and is only ever disclosed at a client's request or where required by law.
